The First Annual Operations Conference will be held at Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois.
The importance of continuing education and lifelong learning operations teams is growing. Successful units have centralized operational tasks, thus allowing revenue generators to focus on revenue generation.
