Biggest Shortage for 2023

There’s a new top shortage this year: shortage of staff.

It made the top spot for the first time, tied with the perennial shortage of participants. In a survey of conference participants, the other shortages by ranking were:

2.Shortage of teachers
3.Staff morale
And far behind in last place, shortage of space.
