Your program needs more understanding and moral support from your central administration than ever before. There is a crisis in education and recreation across North America.

Your program is central to the mission and financial success of your institution. But too many central administrators do not understand your contributions sufficiently. With demands from all sectors in the community, they often are not providing enough moral support for your program.

Central administrators need to be kept more informed on a more frequent basis. It is too critical an issue to take it for granted that your central administrators support your program.
