Hot New Issues

Exciting new issues in the field will be addressed at the big LERN Virtual Conference this year. LERN leaders have put together a state-of-the-field agenda of the top hot issues.

A few of the themes trending hot and new:
-Your program won’t be the same after COVID
-Solutions to the Staff Shortage
-“Doing Our Best with Less,” formerly called doing more with less
-Collaboration stories
-Recruiting and retaining instructors
-A framework for working with external community partners
-Reinvent. More change is going to happen.

Many of the issues will be sessions with 3 person panels composed of the top 50 practitioners in the field of lifelong learning programming.

The conference is Nov. 14 -17, 2022.
