New DEI Certificate Coming

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace is the title of a new certificate coming in 2023 to UGotClass, according to Travette Webster, Assistant Vice President for Diversity at LERN.

“Diverse organizations are found to be more creative, more productive, have higher levels of employee engagement, and experience lower rates of attrition,” she reports.
