The Wall Street Journal spotlighted a LERN invention recently. It is the staffing and supervising method for managing remote workers, created by LERN over 20 years ago.

The method, which uniquely utilizes asynchronous communication in a way other work organizations do not, was built by online pioneer and LERN techie John Allen.

The method for supervising remote workers is featured in LERN’s new online two-month course “Certificate in Managing Remote Workers.”

The 2022 offerings begin in February, April, June and September.
