Director, Program Sales – Santa Fe Community College

Job Summary/Basic Function

Act as a sales representative, focusing on both new partners/customers and on managing the relationships and sales with existing customers, to sell and package programming identified to meet the needs of the business, governmental, and non-profit community. Consult, package and sell professional development solutions and training to workforce development (contract training) clients. Create partnerships within the Santa Fe Community College service area and manage customer accounts. Ensure quality delivery of contracted solutions meeting identified client needs. Manage sales territory and become the lead contact for workforce development (contract training) solutions. Meet yearly production sales goals. It is necessary for this position to maintain relationships both internally and externally and must be able to communicate clearly and be highly organized – managing multiple projects at any given time is key to the success of the position. The position requires a sales-focused, customer service driven professional who will become the lead contact for long-term clients with the college and the department.
