The 9th Annual Contract Training Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the LERN Contract Training Awards is to recognize LERN member Contract Training Teams for exemplary contract training best practice employment. Award winner submissions are shared at the Contract Training Conference and throughout the year in the LERN Club and utilizing other LERN communication tools.

AWARDS

Although there are no specific categories, the following are example award submission areas: sales kits, sales plans, scorecards, websites, lead generation campaigns, programs and services, and needs assessment tools. To receive a Contract Training Award, your organization must be a LERN member and in attendance at the Contract Training Conference.

PROCESS

The following is the Contract Training Awards process:

  1. LERN sends out an announcement to LERN members about the Contract Training Awards with directions, a LERN Contract Training Awards Form, and a due date.
  2. LERN members submit Contract Training Award submissions.
  3. The LERN Contract Training Award submissions are prepared for the LERN Contract Training Award Judges.
  4. The LERN Contract Training Award Judges select the Contract Training Award winners.
  5. LERN sends out an announcement to Contract Training Award winners reminding them they need to attend the Conference Training Conference. LERN sends out thank yous to Contract Training Teams not selected for a Contract Training Award encouraging them to attend the Contract Training Conference.
  6. LERN prepares award plaques for the Contract Training Award winners.
  7. At the Contract Training Conference the Contract Training Award winners are recognized and their submissions are shared with Conference participants. Pictures of the winning Contract Training Teams are taken with the Contract Training Council Chair.
  8. After the Contract Training Conference, LERN sends out press releases and pictures to the Contract Training Award winners.
  9. Throughout the year, LERN reports on the Contract Training Award winners.
