Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday begin with breakfast at 8 a.m. and sessions start at 9 a.m.
Lunch is provided Tuesday and Wednesday at noon.
Institutes end at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, and at noon on Thursday.
Presenter Biographies
Greg Marsello is LERN’s Vice President for Organizational Development and a national authority on reengineering management and running programs. Marsello is a co-founder of LERN and was chair of the Board of Directors for 12 years. With more than 40 years in the business, he has authored publications, gives frequent seminars and does consulting on marketing, management and program development. LERN’s lead consultant, he travels all over North America every business week of the year visiting programs and conducting training and consulting. Marsello is also one of the nation’s leading authorities on operations, staffing and increasing productivity and profitability for continuing education programs.
Suzanne Kart is a writer, presenter and practitioner on marketing and emarketing. Currently Director of Marketing for LERN, she is one of the nation’s leading experts on Twitter, social networks and generational communication for lifelong learning. She has more than 18 years experience in the marketing and communications fields. She does workshops across the U.S. and Canada on marketing, emarketing and generational communication. She also teaches online for the graduate school at the University of South Dakota master’s degree program in adult and higher education.
William A. Draves, CAE, President of LERN, is one of the nation’s foremost authorities on lifelong learning. He has a Master’s degree in adult education from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Draves is a popular speaker in great demand, and has given seminars in most states and in Germany, England, Canada and Australia. He is a past president of the coalition of lifelong learning organizations.
Julie Coates is the world’s foremost authority on the demographics of learning. She is an author, speaker, and consultant in the area of learning and generational learning styles. Coates is Vice President of Information Services, LERN.
Location Information
The Executive Leadership Institute takes place at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa, nestled in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains, overlooking the city of Tucson, on the northwest side of town. Parking is complimentary for both guests and day visitors.
The rooms are very spacious with either a balcony or a patio, and in-room Internet access is free.
Rates are $123 single or double plus $20 daily resort fee and taxes.
The cutoff date is March 18, 2015.

Tucson International Airport is located on the south side of the city and is about 30 to 45 minutes from the conference hotel.
Arizona Stagecoach offers convenient shuttle service to the hotel. One-way fares to the hotel are $35 one-way and $65 round trip to and from Westward Look. Passengers traveling together pay only $4 additional each way. Mention thegroup code: LERN15 when making a reservation. Fees & Benefits
Benefits. The registration fee includes all sessions, handouts, and readings. Also included are a Monday evening reception, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and breakfast Thursday, breaks, and individual consultation with LERN’s professional staff upon request.
Registration Fee. The fee is $1,295 for LERN members and $1,495 for nonmembers.
Second Person. Bring a second person from your program for a discounted price. The second-person fee is just $795 for LERN members and $895 for nonmembers.
Payment
Payment is due in U.S. dollars at or before the Institute. Make checks payable to LERN. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Substitutions are accepted at any time, but must be in writing. If substitute is not a LERN member, additional fees may apply. Registration fees, less $100, are refundable if cancellation is received in writing no later than March 23, 2015. Cancellations must be in writing; email is acceptable.
Second Institute Offer!
The Executive Leadership Institute will be held at the same time as our C.E. and Credit Institute. It will be in a different room at the same hotel and on the same dates.
Your second person can receive the $795 member or $895 non-member second person rate and attend either the Executive Leadership Institute or the C.E. and Credit Institute.
