Dr. Travette A. Webster is the COO and Vice President of Communications and Diversity for the Learning Resources Network, the world’s largest association in continuing education and lifelong learning. She leads the development of new programs for LERN members that show opportunity in advocating for and achieving more equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and education.

Dr. Webster previously served as Director of Operations and Director of Continuing Education at the community college level where she oversaw critical back office and student support processes for the School of Continuing Education. As an IASSC Certified Lean Facilitator, she is an expert in effectively transforming departmental teams to becoming more efficient by eliminating waste, improving resource utilization, shifting of paradigm thinking, and developing a system of Total Quality Management.

Dr. Webster holds an Executive Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University. She teaches college level courses on operational management, lifelong learning program development, and utilizing social media to understand customer behavior and increase market reach.
