About the Instructor 

Travette A. Webster, LERN’s Assistant Vice President for Communications and Diversity, has an abundance of experience successfully operating continuing education and lifelong learning programs. She has managed critical back office and customer support processes including registration, enrollment, compliance, internal and external auditing, financial aid, complaint resolution, and course creation. Travette works with global operations units to improve efficiencies by eliminating wasteful process steps, improving resource utilization, shifting of paradigm thinking, and developing a system of Total Quality Management.
