The First Annual Operations Conference will be held at Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois.

The importance of continuing education and lifelong learning operations teams is growing. Successful units have centralized operational tasks, thus allowing revenue generators to focus on revenue generation.

Purchase Orders will reserve your place, with payment due at or before the Operations Conference. Please fax (888-234-8633) or scan (info@lern.org) your PO and we will email you an invoice.

Cancellations

Following is an update regarding the LERN Operations Conference scheduled for April 28 – May 1.  LERN is closely monitoring the situation related to the current health and following the recommendations of the CDC, the WHO and our state public health offices.

Should you be required to cancel your registration, we are pleased to offer you the following options:

  1. Refund. LERN will provide a credit voucher for the full amount of your registration fee. It will be valid through October, 2021 for most LERN services, products and events.
  2. Transfer. Transfer of your registration to the LERN Operations Online Institute. The cost for the Institute, scheduled forDATES is greater than the cost for the conference. However, we will forgive the difference in price for those already registered for the Operations Conference.
  3. Online Alternatives. Like most of our institutions, LERN will be moving some of our content to an online venue in the form of webinars or online classes. These are still under discussion, and we will advise you of options as they become available.
  4. LERN is taking every step help stem the transmission of the Coronavirus,  to maintain the health of your staff and ours while continuing to provide LERN services and Information that Works.
