Welcome to lern.org, the official website of the Learning Resources Network (LERN) (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online services, and any content, products, or programs offered through them (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.
About LERN
LERN is a nonprofit professional organization that provides education, training, and resources for continuing education and lifelong learning professionals. Our programs, events, and communications are designed to advance the field through knowledge sharing and community engagement.
Acceptance of Terms
By visiting lern.org, creating an account, registering for a program, or otherwise engaging with LERN online, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Use of the Site

Memberships, Events, and Registrations
LERN uses MemberSuite to manage memberships, event registrations, and related transactions. By submitting information or payment through MemberSuite, you agree to comply with both LERN’s policies and MemberSuite’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Payment and Refunds
Payments for memberships, courses, or events are processed securely through third-party systems. LERN does not store full credit card details.
Refund and cancellation policies vary by program and will be listed on the event registration page or invoice.
Account Security
If you create a MemberSuite account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Communications and Email Marketing
LERN uses HubSpot to manage email subscriptions, event updates, and marketing communications. By subscribing or registering for a program, you consent to receive relevant communications.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or contacting us at info@lern.org.
Transactional or service-related communications (such as payment confirmations) are not subject to opt-out.
Intellectual Property
All materials on lern.org—including text, graphics, videos, logos, publications, and training materials—are the intellectual property of LERN or used with permission from third parties.
You may download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of LERN content without written authorization is prohibited.
The LERN name, logo, and related trademarks are the exclusive property of the Learning Resources Network and may not be used without permission.
