ROI on voluntary leadership is huge

New research on voluntary leadership provides a clear research base for substantiating what Senior LERN Leaders experience: a huge ROI on becoming more involved with LERN.  The data shows that programs with voluntary leaders in LERN actually gain more from their sharing than other programs without such involvement.

In 2014 we are now offering two Executive Leadership Institutes. The first Executive Leadership Institute program was so popular that participants wanted to come back.
