When and Who to Email

Any non-peak month when you are not registering for your in-person classes is a great month to email customers about UGotClass.
Here are two great groups to target:

1. Those who have taken an individual course that is part of a certificate. Encourage them to enroll in the entire certificate.
2. Those who have taken a UGotClass course in the past.
