Let all decision makers and stakeholders know why your lifelong learning program is critical and central to your institution, both in terms of mission and in terms of money.
- Respond to misinformation.
Respond aggressively and positively to misleading or non-factual allegations and perceptions. The communication should be fact-based and unemotional.
