New Services This Year

Leading the field, here are some of the exclusive new LERN member services being developed and offered for 2025.

1.Interest Group Networking.
Individuals with member organizations can sign up for one or more Interest Groups at no charge. This year each Interest Group will meet online up to 3 times to network, hear from top practitioners, and get updated information from a LERN consultant.

We already have 60-120 members signed up for each Interest Group. Now we are excited to deliver this new service.

The 7 Interest Groups are:
-Marketing
-Personal Development class programming
-Professional Development class programming
-Operations
-Summer Camps
-Contract Training
-Management and Leadership

2.Dashboard Level Two
For members only, a Level Two of the LERN Dashboard is being developed.  Level Two data will include Brochure Benchmarks, along the percentage of programs making each Checklist item. And Home Page best practices, along with the percentage of programs achieving each Checklist item.

3.Print Newsletter Access
The PDFs of all six newsletters from the past year will be able to be accessed by members.

A big hit this last year, six more print newsletters are being planned for 2025.

5.AI Team Named
In conjunction with UGotClass, LERN will have a 3 person Artificial Intelligence (AI) team starting in 2025.  They are:
-Dan Belhassen, Winnipeg, updating us in a special Annual Conference session;
-Besty Flanagan, San Francisco, teaching Introduction to Chat GPT;
-Marcus Lander, Vancouver, BC, teaching classes on AI beginning in 2025.

4.Member-Get-A-Member Benefit
   Get your choice for recruiting a new member to LERN:
*FREE Institute. Either Fall or Spring 2025. An $800 value. *Not available to USD students.
*A FREE year of membership. The next time you renew, an additional year will be added to your membership.
