Responsive design involves HTML5 software that will automatically scale to the size of the screen that the user is using, whether it be a cell phone, iPad, desktop or a screen size in between. The best software tools not only gives the user a screen size that fits, but many also select only the most important information on a screen to show on small screens, such as mobiles.
