Only One Person Accountable

While many people may be involved in marketing or programming, group accountability in lifelong learning is not effective. If everyone is accountable, then no one is accountable.

Instead objectives get met when a single point person is held responsible for each objective, he notes.  Holding one person accountable for each objective is the first step to gaining accountability from your entire staff.
