Representatives of 12 of our Top Partners participated in helping LERN plan to continue growing UGotClass in 2015.
Producing more webinars and items for social media emerged as the top new areas for UGotClass to develop in the marketing area for 2015. The webinars are free to your customers and give a taste of the course or certificate being offered. Items for social media ranked high as well, including providing pictures and copy.
A new video was suggested giving your program’s customers an introduction to the online classroom and online learning. The video will have your organization’s name and contact information, and be useful for your social media.
Top Partners continued to want certificate programs, which produce more registrations and income than single courses. A survey on your top 3 picks for new certificates was sent out separately.
Top Partners praised UGotClass customer service, response time, website, working with your own policy on refunds, and improvements in the spreadsheet updates with new courses and changes.
The conference call had the most Top Partners yet, another sign of continued support from LERN members for growing the success of UGotClass.
