Today this spring on generations in the workplace. Coates says all the research shows there are learning styles, including sensory, gender, generational and neurological (e.g. Asperger’s) learning styles.
Coates says the denial of learning styles by some may be a resistance to change, as we move from a factory style (one way) model of teaching to responding to our students’ individual needs.
