The new Recommendation comes as programs try to cope with surges of work in critical time periods. The work surges are caused by the wave of in-person registrations already begun, staff cutbacks and difficulty in hiring part-time staff.
There’s separate Recommendations for small programs with 5 or fewer staff, and larger programs with 6 or more staff.
The Exclusive Members-Only Recommendations include a totally new 5 Step Model for addressing the work surge specific to the field of lifelong learning programming.
