In a stunning revelation, direct marketing expert Paul Franklin will tell the crowd that too many, maybe even most, lifelong learning programs are putting their brochure copy in the WRONG type font.
“Don’t listen to anyone else on this, not even your desktopper,” says Franklin. “Using the wrong type font reduces reading visibility and thus hinders registrations.”
