Nurturing Staff

The agenda is now out! ‘Nurturing Staff’ is one of six new themes for the LERN Annual Conference, Nov. 17-20, 2025. The conference will have all-new sessions in pioneering best practices and advanced strategies and tips.

The most exciting week in lifelong learning just got more exciting. Over 1,500 people will attend, making it the largest conference in the field.

“Nurturing staff, instructors and employees is a new key to productivity for all organizations,” says Julie Coates, management expert and Senior Vice President for research at LERN.

The six themes for the conference address the top issues in 2025 for the field:
-Digital Marketing
-Ace Partnerships
-Nurturing Staff
-New Programming for 2026
-Acquire Core Skills
-Working Smarter

“This may be the only conference where you can have everyone on staff attend,” adds Beth Pinargote, Chair of the LERN Board.
