Master the LERN Model — Free

Fred-BaileyThere’s always a lot to take in at any LERN Annual Conference. From the lifelong learning lingo to the formulas and ratios of successful programs, first timers and LERN Annual Conference regulars are often floored by the amount of information being delivered by presenters and exchanged by other attendees.
This year LERN is helping all attendees prepare to get the most from the big 2014 LERN Annual Conference by taking advantage of the brand new Mastering the LERN Model online pre-conference session.
The course is FREE for conference participants.
For those who are new to the LERN Conference, new in their jobs or new to the field, this pre-conference course will be especially valuable. You’ll get a heads up on the fundamentals of the lifelong learning and continuing education field including:

  • LERN terminology
  • The 10 right questions to ask
  • LERN ratios for effective marketing and programming
  • and the LERN Financial Model

This two-week, online courses is also open to those not attending the conference for $199.
Your instructor, Fred Bayley, has been a popular speaker and presenter at LERN conferences for many years.  A senior LERN leader for 15 years, he co-authored with Julie Coates a program analysis that led to our Program Review and Certification.  From Forest City, North Carolina, Bayley has been in the field of lifelong learning for more than two decades. Bayley is an energetic and engaging presenter and one of LERN’s most popular facilitators.
This course is online and asynchronous, so you can login when it fits your schedule. It will be held October 6-19, 2014.
